Firstly, find another umbrella company that you’re happy with. It’s a good idea to know where you want to switch before informing your current provider that you wish to leave. Compare umbrella companies and decide on a new one – remember all compliant umbrella companies should be offering a similar take home pay.

If you register with Churchill Knight Umbrella, the umbrella team will contact your recruitment agency to inform them that you would like to switch.
In the meantime, speak to your current umbrella company and let them know you are switching. If they have a leaving period, you may need to wait until this is complete to finish the switching process.
